Instructions
These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild vintage equipment. The transistors are the correct subs for the originals, and the capacitors are the same capacitance (uf) and the same or higher voltage, except that C415, a .15 uf cap, is replaced with a .22 uf film capacitor, which will not affect operation.
I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding a receiver is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with 60W or 100W incandescent bulb. This kit may not fix your Realistic, but it's pretty likely that it will, and it will definitely help it run better. If you have a background crackle or hum, this will probably take care of it.
